Student Health Insurance

Aetna Student Health has been awarded the contract for providing student health insurance for Student Academic Appointees and the Voluntary Student Health insurance plan for the 2008-2009 school year.

For information about the IU student health plans:

• Mandatory Student Health plan for Student Academic Appointees (SAAs) and Fellowship Recipients
• Voluntary Student Health plan for Undergraduate and Graduate Students

To request member indentification cards, find providers, check claim status, view an explanation of benefits, read the latest health information and more, register for Aetna Navigator.

Deadlines to submit a waiver form are September 30th for the fall semester and January 30th for the spring semester. Forms are to be mailed to Carol McGarry in AO 126 or sent via fax to 317-278-0695.
