Recruitment Resources

Faculty Appointments and Advancement (FAA), the Consortium for Learning and Scholarship (CLS) and the Office for Multicultural Professional Development (OMPD) are collaborating to develop resources that will assist administrators and search committees in the recruitment effort. While some of the resources below are applicable broadly within academic recruitment and retention, others have been developed with special attention to less-represented populations. Informational resources for recruitment and retention often overlap and are currently in a common list. We invite you to review and use these resources. Because this is a continuing joint effort, we welcome your comments and suggestions.
