This program will provide an overview of the promotion and tenure process at IUPUI for new faculty. The purpose the program is to familiarize new faculty with the promotion and tenure process and to provide guidance on how to prepare and organize oneself for the journey toward tenure and promotion. The primary emphasis is to plan now for success later.
